Becoming a new Dad can come with lots of new challenges. New routines at home, having to “spin-plates” with work and other responsibilities, financial priorities, all against a backdrop of sleeplessness and trying to be the best Dad and Partner that you can.
This is a strengths-based, positive psychology-informed, New Dad coaching program for Dads who want to just get better and better.
As a therapist, I had a special interest in working with Dad’s experiencing depression and trauma related issues, and had to overcome my own challenges when my first child was born 16 years ago.
As a positive psychology coach, I build upon this experience, and my own experiences as a Dad running 2 busy businesses, to offer you life-coaching to be the best Dad (and partner, worker, businessman, etc), that you can possibly be.
